We evaluate each return for a refund on a case-by-case basis. However, our policy is typically to replace equipment if it arrives broken or non-functioning.
Tricone drill bits work by turning three inward-facing, chisel-covered heads simultaneously to pulverize rock. Constant rotation and pressure splinters the rock and pulls any waste up through the bit.
